No delivery and no feedback
I placed an order with Gadget Africa on 16 November 2017 for a Seagate Expansion Desktop 2TB Drive (Order # 7538 ) and I made payment via PayFast. After the numerous times I had to phone, sms and email the order details, the same request over and over, and I still haven't received the item.

No delivery and no feedback

Bad service and refusal to refund on non-delivery
These guys are absolute criminals. I paid in full for a game that cost just under R800 with delivery. After weeks with no update, I email them with no response repeatedly. If you phone Azim on the store number he either doesn't answer or tells me some lie. I have been promised so many times that I would be refunded but nothing to date. I have been phoning them daily. Every day it's a different story, always with the just of it that the payment was made in the morning with some apology, this has been going on for over two weeks. At this stage, my calls are just being ignored. Don't trust these guys.

Purchase a PS4 Slim + V2 Controller
<p>Amazing, really great service guys, they went to great extents to make it possible for me to actually receive my product and made no issue out of it, they went out of their way to actually please their client, more then I could say for most other businesses, really hope your bussiness grows fast and goes forward guys, </p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you once again for the amazing products and service guys. Really happy with my PS4 Slim </p>
