Unprofessional Company

I had heard negative reviews about this company, but I decided to attend an interview to form my own opinion. I arrived 15 minutes early and ended up waiting for over an hour for my turn. While waiting, I observed a few concerning things. First, there was a uni*** toilet right next to the entrance, which seemed poorly maintained this struck me as the first red flag. Secondly, the female owner came down to where we were waiting but didn’t acknowledge or greet us, which I found unprofessional.

During the interview, I learned they were looking for an HR Generalist who would be underpaid and required to work on some Saturdays. There were many aspects of this company’s culture and operations that seemed problematic and unappealing.
