I had heard negative reviews about this company, but I decided to attend an interview to form my own opinion. I arrived 15 minutes early and ended up waiting for over an hour for my turn. While waiting, I observed a few concerning things. First, there was a uni*** toilet right next to the entrance, which seemed poorly maintained this struck me as the first red flag. Secondly, the female owner came down to where we were waiting but didn’t acknowledge or greet us, which I found unprofessional. During the interview, I learned they were looking for an HR Generalist who would be underpaid and required to work on some Saturdays. There were many aspects of this company’s culture and operations that seemed problematic and unappealing.

She took the initiative to ensure that the order was placed on my behalf, demonstrating a high level of customer service and dedication to resolving the issue promptly. I wouldn't say Kidpic is a **** because the numbers of votes are reflecting. With KidPic you need to ensure that your kid get majority of votes in order for him/her to win the competition. The annoying part it is when they increase the bonuses with a small amount of money while people are voting with huge amounts of money. When you take part bear in mind that there is a possibility of winning and loosing.
I ordered a double track pelmet pole from them, it was delivered on the 25/11/2021 and I just realized that they delivered the wrong pole. I lodged a complaint and the consultant told me that the logistic team would come and collect it on agreed date. The day arrived nobody came and nobody updated with any new information, I had to call logistic team and found out. I'm stucked with a pole that I'm not going to utilize and very furious. I'm not going to purchase anything from Leroy Merlin and wouldn't even recommend it to anyone else. The level of customer service is at zero, there's lack of communication and lack of urgency. If the company doesn't improve, it is going to lose customers and that is not good for business.
On the 21/09/19 I and my partner went to Spur Maponya mall to have lunch and we were assisted by the lady called Sbongile, I'm not going to lie she was a good waitress. We ordered combo special, drinks and salad (chicken, avo & bacon) I made it clear to her that I want half salad not full salad but she decided to bring her own choice and we had to pay for what we did not ordered. I realised later that when you order a combo it comes with a free sauce, she did not bother to ask whether we want the sauce or not when I ask about the sauce she said we should have asked for it whereas it is her responsibility to ask. I was so disappointed with the service she gave us I felt like she took advantage of us because we were nice to her she felt that she can give us what she wanted to give us not what we ordered, I understand that she is trying to increase sales but she should do it in a right way by persuading customers not in a wrong because the branch is going to lose customers because of people like her. Basically the point is she gave us the size of the salad that we did not order we had to pop out extra cash because of that and she deprived us sauce that comes with a combo special. I never experienced any problem with Spur customer service until yesterday. I'm really unhappy I must say!
Lindiwe Dlamini showed me that there are still cashiers who can provide exceptional customer service to customers. She assisted me to a point where I left the store happy. Lindiwe greeted each and every customer that she was assisting irrespective of their age, she showed positive attitude. I bought eatable goods and 1 bleach, I only bought 1 plastic bag expecting her to put everything in the bag including bleaching instead she gave me a different plastic (small colourless) for bleach. Most cashiers do not do that they combine non food and food products in the same plastic. Beside the plastic story she is a great cashier because she showed positive attitude, made each customer felt important and appreciated and provided an exceptional customer service. Keep up the good work Lindiwe people like you are scarce, I will keep on buying at your store because of your great customer service!!!????????????????
The branch in Protea Glen has an extremely poor customer service and lacking problem solving s****s. I bought triple decker and they deliberately forgot to attach competition voucher, I communicated with them regarding the matter and the manager told me that the voucher will get delivered to me but I haven't recieved it even today it is been weeks now. I communicated with them on Facebook, I was told that they will look into the matter and resolve it soon, it has not been resolved and I feel like a stupid now. I think they are taking these vouchers for themselves. The other thing is that they don't fill their triple decker with enough meat like other Debonairs branches, they don't serve up to their promise. I'm no longer going to support them again!!!
<p>On the 7/10/16 I was at Exclusive Jabulani mall to do my hair, the guy by the name of Busani didn't welcome in a good way, he was standing far from the reception, leaning against the wall and asking how he can help me. I asked him to come closer so that we can hear each other he laughed at me as if I was insane, I was extremely furious and ask what is he laughing. He was so unprofessional and provided me with a bad service, I was so unwelcomed.</p>
