This place is run by a bunch of ****mers. Charged me outrageous amounts for wireless charger, phone cover and screen protector. They should not be allowed to operate unchecked in the mall as they are ******. Please don’t support this business. When they call you into their store run the other way.

Bought form MR price a mystery box but then suddenly I am subscribe to gadget geek and they just keep on deducting money for the top up subscription no matter how many times I have asked them to cancel the subscription. I asked for proof for the sign up, but they can't show it, I ask for refunds, but they won't give it as I have subscribed legally to their site which I never did. This is a big ****, and they promise to cancel every time (which they say will take 14 days) but during the 14 days they still continue with the deductions. And then just as I think it has been cancelled a new top up email comes through and tells me that the deduction will go through in 3 days. I had to block online purchases on my bank so that they can't keep taking my money

PUBLIC TAKE NOTE AND BE AWARE!! This business is exploiting uninformed public to enrich themselves and have little integrity. They charged me R 250 for a type c pc connector which costs R 80 at other shops. They dont mark or put prices on their products but, make up any rediculous price when a customer shows interested. Look at their ratings on Hellopeter not only do the sell poor quality products they ask rediculous prices for these products and have no after sales service. Something they need to be ashamed off. I thought the problem is only at the branch in Waterfall Mall Rustenburg but, was shocked when I looked at customer ratings throughout the country!! The manner in which they are doing business sucks!!

I bought a Honor X6a last year as a back up for R2200. This year I kept receiving error messages ---not registered on the network. I took it to Vodacom and Telkom. Both advised me to go back to the store I bought it from because its seems the phone is blacklisted. I went back to this store Gadget Geeks and queried it. The attendant said he cannot help me. He also refused to call the owner of the store or to give me the contact number.. I had to leave as they threatened to call security. This seems to be an extremely shadowy business operation. I am shocked that they are operating at one of the largest and well known Malls in the country.

I honestly had the worst experience with gadget geeks in cresta mall I paid the guy to fix the back of my iPhone 13 for him to remove the flash breaking it completely off not able to fix it just put a back glass on that did not fit the phone went back continuously asking him to fix it to come get he can’t fix the flash can only send it to someone and wait 4 weeks for it to return I said no because this is the only phone I have for business and personal use he just put a new back on and throw away the cover I had on the phone that I paid for when asking for a refund because I did not brake the flash he doesn’t want to honestly wasted money where I could of just saved and toke it to iPhone

Went there to get an HDMI Dual Adapter, they did not have it. He sees my husbands phone and grabs it and says let me put a screen protector, my husband says he doesn’t have the money for it and he didn’t come here for that. He forcefully starts removing the existing screen protector without even mentioning the price, he starts at R250, goes down to R180, R130, R120 and eventually R100. I decide okay let me get one since this is a good deal, he installs the screen protector and it has bubbles and a crack. He refused to give me another one and my husband had already paid. ****MERS!!!
