Terrible service. Placed my order at 21:09 and finally received my food at 21:40. To my surprise, the lady who handed me the food comes to me and tells me she gave me the wrong order (not true) and proceeds to take the food. I was made to wait another 10 minutes at which point I told them this is unacceptable and I am told that they are busy preparing the food. To my surprise, I was handed the exact same food that was taken from me. The staff is nonchalant and act like you are bothering them when you speak to them. Ruined the entire experience and delayed my arrival to my destination.
I submitted a claim and 2 weeks later it was authorised. I was assisted by Beyers Mulder and he made the entire process seamless. I would recommend King Price any day.
Went there to get an HDMI Dual Adapter, they did not have it. He sees my husbands phone and grabs it and says let me put a screen protector, my husband says he doesn’t have the money for it and he didn’t come here for that. He forcefully starts removing the existing screen protector without even mentioning the price, he starts at R250, goes down to R180, R130, R120 and eventually R100. I decide okay let me get one since this is a good deal, he installs the screen protector and it has bubbles and a crack. He refused to give me another one and my husband had already paid. ****MERS!!!
Response time is very efficient and the consultants are friendly. However, I am being told that I have to wait for 12 months for a premium review unlike other insurance companies which is 3 months.
Tiny (an employee at kfc Sophiatown) was very welcoming from the moment my partner and I walked in, even brought our order to our table even though that’s technically not her job. We realised there were 8 wings instead of 10 so she organised an entirely new and fresh order and brought it to our table. We really need more people like her at our fast food outlets. Highly recommend.
Vodacom sent communication on the 8th of October to let me know that my order has been dispatched to RAM Hand to Hand Couriers. On the 9th of October I received a text and email from RAM Hand to Hand Couriers alerting me that my order is out for delivery, I called customer care around 11am to find out what time I should expect the delivery since their website states that delivery happens between 8am and 12pm on weekends and I hadn't heard anything, I was told to give the delivery guy till 13:00-14:00. I waited! The Delivery guy called and said he couldn't find my address, I gave him TWO address Alternatives to input into the GPS seeing as he was less than 5 minutes away from where I was from what he had told me over the phone, 5 minutes later I called him and he told me he is heading to Marshalltown and asked if I will be available on Monday, I communicated that I made plans around this delivery and was expecting it today, he said it's fine and hung up. After 10 minutes I called him and he said they were making another delivery and would call me back. I waited 20 minutes before calling again and when I did the line was cut in my ear, and when I called again the line was off. Then I receive a notification that the delivery was unsuccessful when the delivery guy didn't even try to locate the place. Now I must use my airtime AGAIN to call RAM Hand to Hand Couriers to set up another delivery date. I'm very disappointed in the service I received from RAM Hand to Hand Couriers.
I joined the zone fitness gym located in Campus Square Johannesburg towards the end of July, I was told that they would be opening in August and it would be advisable to join at that moment while they still offered discounted prices and that if I were to come the next day the joining fee would be R100 and not R50 (Which was found to be untrue as people were told post the opening of the gym that they would be paying R199 per month and would receive the first month of gym free whereas I am paying R205 "discounted amount" and I was told the money had to be paid on the first of August upon the opening of the gym). I obliged and joined after asking about the cancelation procedure. I was told that I would be required to pay 10% of the amount owed for the remaining months, I insisted to be shown this on the contract and so I was, the sales man did this in haste that I did not see that the rest of the clause stipulated that I would be liable for all the discounts given during that period. I was also told that I could freeze my account up to 3 months every year, in November I tried to freeze my account for December and January as I was going to be out of town and I was told that I could only freeze for one month every 12 months and that company policy does not allow freezing of accounts in December (I searched my contract and nowhere does it stipulate this). I had to pay for December whilst not utilizing the service and upon this realization I took the decision to cancel my membership. The day I filled in the cancelation form I was told by one of the sales people that I would receive the shock of my life, I did not understand then because I knew I had to pay 10% of the remaining months of which I owed which amounted to R410 at the time according to the calculation I had conducted using the information given when signing up. Two days later I received an email that said the following: Good Day Ntokozo I received your request to cancel your membership. If you want to proceed with the cancellation of your membership you have to pay a cancellation fee of 10% and you will be liable for all discounts received between the normal rate and the discounted rate for the duration of the membership. Please check the calculations below- Normal Rate = 450 Discounted Rate=205 Reverse discount =R 245x 4=980 10% Cancellation Fee = 205 x 20 = 4 100 x 10% = 410 ( 410+980) Total Cancellation Fee = R 1 390.00 will be your cancellation fee. I then decided to retract the cancelation as I had not expected that to be the amount payable. I continued to pay for the services which I was not utilizing because of the annoyance from the lies I was told upon joining the gym. On the 1st of March 2019 I went to fill in another cancelation form as I was now financially stable enough to pay the fee, I received an email on the 4th of March 2019 that said: Good Day I received your request to cancel your membership. If you want to proceed with the cancellation of your membership you have to pay a cancellation fee of 10% and you will be liable for all discounts received between the normal rate and the discounted rate for the duration of the membership. Please check the calculations below- Normal Rate = 450 Discounted Rate=205 Reverse discount =R 245 x 8= 1 960 10% Cancellation Fee = 205 x 16 = 3 280 x 10% = 328 ( 328 + 1960) Total Cancellation Fee = R 2 288 will be your cancellation fee Please make a payment before the 20th of March. I sent an email inquiring why in the previous email the reverse discount amount was multiplied by 4 and in the current it is multiplied by 8, I was told that they use the number of months I had joined the gym. This makes absolutely no sense to me as to why the amount would increase as the months go by instead of decrease and is not stipulated in the contract. Therefore, is this legal?
