Worst customer service ever!

Good evening Your service is totally unacceptable. I placed an order on 23/11...never received my order after a week and called your call centre... I also called the courier company Ram several times without getting through as they were experiencing high call volumes... I called daily, eventually got through and was told my parcel was lost. On 7th Dec I was told I would be refunded... Someone called about a month ago to confirm my bank details for refund. Up to now I'm still waiting on my lousy refund. I call your call centre daily... The agent confirms a refund will be processed but it never gets done ... This is totally unacceptable and I will never purchase from you again...
