HORRIBLE Livers that were served, zero effort went into that
I bought chicken livers and rice meal, at Galito's in Boksburg The Square, WOW and what a let down it was. I mean the livers were just boiled in water and added to a gravy, no seasoning, flavour or even a sight that they were at least fried just pale, anaemic looking livers. My 14 year old can cook better than that. Even Fast food places must have some kind of standard, what i ate was just something else.

13 Mar 2026, 14:08 I would like to thank De Wet for his prompt response after receiving my complaint, his willingness to hear me out, and the opportunity to rectify the quality of the food that was served.When I returned to the restaurant and met him, I realised that some people are called into customer service and some are truly anointed for it , De Wet being the latter. I’m truly impressed and grateful for how the situation was handled. Thank you.
