companies should aspire to be more like them

I judge a company on it's after sales and i highly recommend anyone to do business with this company.I recently had a minor issue with a item i had galvanized and the issue was sorted out FAST and without hesitation.Liaan at galvatech went above and beyond to sort out the issue and the item i had galvanized was small in compared to other large beams etc being galvanized.All companies should hold their customer satisfaction priorities to galvatech standards in my opinion.Two thumbs up
