BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, EMPTY PROMISES
I CALLED AT 11H20 SATURDAY AS I NEVER RECEIVED ANY CALL MY BOSS DROVE ALL THE WAY FROM LANGEBAAN SATURDAY MORNING AS CLAYTON SAID IT WOULD BE DONE SATURDAY. WHEN I CALLED SATURDAY THEY NEVER EVEN STARTED IT WHEN I CALLED AGAIN AT 11H20 THE LADY SAID SHE IS NOW BUSY WITH THE INVOICE AND THEY CLOSE 11H45, IF MY DRIVER RACED THERE HE COULD NOT MAKE IT IN 15 MIN MY BOSS OF 87 YEARS OF AGE WAS WAITING FOR IT THAT HE COULD GO BACK HOME SO HAD TO LEAVE BACK HOME AND COME IN AGAIN TODAY. THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WOULD BE USING YOU UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY.

With many years dealing with them they are Masters of their job.I would like to disquish their foreman/ Supervisor Quinton who takes quality of the the final product seriously. I had job that I wasn't satisfied with the quality but the way they handle the matter from the management (Hank) to the last person I delt with on the front desk was so professional.My job was fixed whilst waiting and it came the way we wanted Quinton , Hank and everyone else who was involved in handling my issue thank you guys and please provide the professionalism that you gave me to every customer .Thanks guys for supporting our businesses

Galvatech is TOPS!
I can suggest Galvatech with a clear conscience to any one. I have had many years of good service and I will continue to take all my galvanizing and powder coating work to them. They are willing to go the extra mile when it is needed and I have always felt like I can say "i know a guy that can make it happen" to clients when it comes to tight deadlines of galvanized products. Thanks a million Galvatech!

Excellent Service!
What a pleasure to work with these guys! I brought a big piping job from Citrusdal. Arrived at Galvatech early in the morning. Job was sandblasted, galvanized and powder coated all in 1 day!! Well done and thanks for a brilliant service. Jacob du Toit. Citrusdal

companies should aspire to be more like them
I judge a company on it's after sales and i highly recommend anyone to do business with this company.I recently had a minor issue with a item i had galvanized and the issue was sorted out FAST and without hesitation.Liaan at galvatech went above and beyond to sort out the issue and the item i had galvanized was small in compared to other large beams etc being galvanized.All companies should hold their customer satisfaction priorities to galvatech standards in my opinion.Two thumbs up
