I THEN CALLED IN AGAIN AS NOBODY AGAIN CALLED ME BACK SHE SAID IT IS LYING AT THE ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT I THEN ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER AS USUAL THERE ARE NO MANAGERS AVAILABLE NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY THERE IS SUCH POOR SERVICE.
