Not happy with the services

I bought a hat online and it was delivered at 11 Willow Park in Pretoria fir collection. And today when I go to collect,I'm being told that it was collected but they can't tell me as to who collected my parcel.

They have a clear policy on collection that one must bring an ID document for collection,but they can't tell me as to who took my order.
