Not happy with the services
I bought a hat online and it was delivered at 11 Willow Park in Pretoria fir collection. And today when I go to collect,I'm being told that it was collected but they can't tell me as to who collected my parcel. They have a clear policy on collection that one must bring an ID document for collection,but they can't tell me as to who took my order.

False representation of sales
A sales person from motorite administration insurance called me 2 working days ago. He explained that my vehicle does not have a maintenance plan and that he was looking at my details on their Wesbank system. My vehicle is brand new and I do not understand how I do not have a warranty on my brand new vehicle. I've been trying to call and cancel the maintenance plan as I was falsely represented at the point of sale. I cannot get a hold of the people motorite. I have also requested cancellation on their website to no avail.

Bad Services
Rosebank college in Pretoria CBD is sending me from pillar to post, concerning my login details for my student portal. I can't login and no one there wants to assist me since yesterday 15th till to date. They send me to the IT department to reset my password, and still it doesn't login. I've paid my fees in full and I can't access my timetable and the student portal. Please assist.
