Im waiting you said you are investigating till today no response so you are standing on your saying no exchange policy even though it was a store mistake how fair is that

Poor service, I bought 2 tshirts, I wanted 1 large and 1 2Xl they put 2 larges in a paper bag. When I got home wanting to change I find that it's the same size, I went back to try and exchange they told me I must check the slip as it's written there, They didn't exchange for me due to that reason, what ****es me offis that no one explained to me otherwise I was going to make sure that I check everything before I leave the store. I had to call headoffice for assistance, that time I'm using my petrol to go up and down to the East Rand Mall and the staff there is very rude from the manager...

I was excited as an 18 year old to finally get my hands some Galxboy T-shirts i bought 2 for 1200 But the world peace 3.0 in blue lost color after I wore it a couple of times (2-4) without washing it to retain the quality for longer but it started lossing color and I would iron it on the inside wear it for special occasions and take it off immediately when I got home. I washed it yesterday In hopes it would be better but it remains the same and I think it'll get worse from there. Galxboy is a great brand offering thick material and designs but that World peace 3.0 worth R700 really discouraged me as a yearning supporter. Although the carrot white T-shirt is still good and I washed it 3 times since December. So there's a good side.

I bought the Galxboy Thong end of August, in November i sent an email to say they are peeling off i did not get any response or help. i went in store Rosebank in December i was told to bring the shoe in the shoe was originally bought at Sandton City, Lelo the sales rep at Rosebank mall after she saw the pictures of the shoes and emails i have previously sent she said if you had the shoe today i was going to change it for you and in fact you can go to any GXB store they will change it, I asked her dont i need to log anything via the store maybe a reference so i know my case will be handled she said no, i said ill come through in the next couple of days. i went to Sandton City spoke to Luyolo or Luyanda i dont remember his name well a very rude representative of the store he gave me attitude, when i came in i explained the whole issue and that i sent emails and also asked Lelo from Rosebank mall. he was like he does not have size 8 he has 9 he is checking with other shops if they have size 8 so i can go there, while he was calling I tried on the size 9 it was fine i then told him you know what i will take size 9, he then said ok went to the back for like a long time and when he comes back he says he is waiting for management to get back to him. I told him but you were willing to change if you had the size and at rosebank i was told i could change it, he gave me attitude and said he is not involved on what was said at Rosebank he then said he is escalating it till today i have never got feedback regarding my query. I then went to Rosebank mall. and then Lelo called Zama the manager to do the change when Zama got there she advised stock is not the same store if it was her store she would be gladly to change it, i was like but that is not what Lelo told me. she said the only problem now is that it is the 31st and the office is closed i can not get through to head office i need to come back on Monday, i'm like but now i ma up n down my petrol driving around being told different stories i have the platform shoes which are very strong, i never had a problem with your other items but today i'm being treated so unfair like this. I am very disappointed.

I ordered from Galxboy 's black Friday sale in November, I ordered 4 t-shirts and a bag. A few days later after ordering I received 2 t-shirts only. I communicated this with the courier guy that it is not everything that I ordered in the parcel, he told me to communicate it with the sender or wait a few days for another part of my parcel. I waited then later decided to contact Galxboy via email and calls. I was told that they will conduct an investigation which will take 4 days to complete then they will get back to me. 4 days passed I contacted them again, they asked for my order number again and told me they will investigate it again. It's the 1st of January today, I did not received any communication from them. I still have the package from courier guy which clearly shows that it cannot carry 4 t-shirts and a handbag. Galxboy is not to be trusted and they don't value their customers. My R1500 gone just like that. I am disappointed.

I REPEAT never buy galxboy sandals! I bought sandals in winter (July) it is not even six months yet. I am still within the 6months guarantee. Tried returning the shoes from September, to date, those poor quality material sandals are still with me. What a waste of money. I can bet even the **** galxboy sandals are better quality. They will respond here on hallo peter but they will never respond to their emails! I will never buy anything from them again! Those shoes looks like i bought them from china city! Wish i checked the reviews first
