I REPEAT never buy galxboy sandals! I bought sandals in winter (July) it is not even six months yet. I am still within the 6months guarantee. Tried returning the shoes from September, to date, those poor quality material sandals are still with me. What a waste of money. I can bet even the **** galxboy sandals are better quality. They will respond here on hallo peter but they will never respond to their emails! I will never buy anything from them again! Those shoes looks like i bought them from china city! Wish i checked the reviews first
The wig took a bit longer to arrive(could be the result of buying in December with holidays in between) , i was assisted by Victoria who kept communicating and updating me. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to buy hair from them. The quality is amazing.
Galxboy black sandal quality 😭. I bought their sandal in July during winter. It is now summer and I wore the shoes like 2 or 3times already. The colour is fading away from the one shoe, the upper cover is like a plastic that melts when its hot. I tried to return them and i was told it is a wear and tear they cannot assist me! When and tear njani when i started wearing them now? Even the bottom is still new. I bought it on sale mara come on. A shoe that is worth R2000 that comes with such poor quality? What do we pay for? The name? Even shoes from china city worth R200 are better quality than that pair i got! Sent an email to their customer support. I was told they will respond within 24hrs. Till this day i still have not received any response.
Worst service, i do not recommend it to anyone! I am now being harrased with calls by their lawyers to pay for the one month service i did not even get! As a result of their mistake. Apparently i requested to move my line from Bloemfontein to Joburg. Sent numerous emails to fix this on their system but they ignored my emails until they cut my line and cancelled my service and when i asked them to reconnect, the price has increased they tell me they do not offer the same product anymore. Mcm!
I have always had a good relationship with vox until i experienced the Bad service!!! My service was cancelled and when i call to find out why it was cancelled, i am being transferred from one person to the other, so much airtime i have used , one person said due to none payment which is not true, all the payments were done and are up to date, the other one tells me that i moved from bloemfontein to jhb, and i never requested for that. They promise to call, they still have not called, my emails are unswered, i only received the auto response email. I believe payments are made in advance, if no one is willing to assist i kindly ask for a refund and i will go to a service provider who will take their customers into consideration.
The process was smooth from start to finish, i remember i had issues paying via paypal and i got a random WhatsApp message asking if im struggling and giving me solutions. The constant check up and communication to ensure that everything goes smooth. I am as far as Bloemfomtein and delivery was made within 3 working days. The hair quality is insane, i loooooove it. Im happy with my purchase and the service i have received from Superlove. I would recommend them any day.
