I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received. I placed an initial order and was provided with a coupon code (ALIKA) that did not work. Although this was acknowledged by Alika with an apology the issue was not resolved. I proceeded to place a second order, only to experience the exact same problem with another non-functional coupon code. In addition, I specifically requested that the wig be coloured differently and paid the required amount for this service. Unfortunately, the wig was delivered in a colour that does not match my request. To make matters worse, the delivery was late despite clearly communicating that I needed the wig before a specific event. This caused significant inconvenience. While I appreciate the convenience of ordering from your company, the ongoing issues with discounts, quality and delivery have made the experience extremely frustrating and not worth the cost. I am highly disappointed that my concerns remain unresolved. I request urgent intervention to address the following: A resolution regarding the incorrect wig colour Compensation or refund for the colouring service Clarification and rectification regarding the coupon code issues Consideration for the inconvenience caused by the delayed delivery I trust this matter will be handled with the urgency it deserves. Hope you treat your other clients differently. Thanks for nothing

I had a very bad experience with Wig Factory and would not recommend them to anyone. I purchased four wigs from them based on what was promised and advertised on their website. When the wigs arrived, they were in terrible condition — excessive shedding, poor quality, and absolutely not what was advertised. The hair looked used and poorly constructed, nothing close to what I paid for. I physically returned the wigs to their store, and I was promised a full refund within 7 days. That was the last professional interaction I had with them. Since then, I have called multiple times and received false promises about my refund being processed. Now they have completely stopped answering my calls, which is unacceptable and very unprofessional. This experience feels dishonest and disrespectful to customers. If you value your money and peace of mind, think twice before buying from Wig Factory. People should NOT buy from them, you will be ****med

I received my order last week and it was supposed to arrive with the free wig kit. I escalated this immediately with one of their staff who couldn't help me. But today, I received a call from one of their staff, her name was Amanda. She was really helpful, in less than an hour my query was addressed and the wig kit is on the way to me. I'm very happy with their service and how the staff treated me. I'm also happy with the quality of the hair, I got exactly what I ordered.

I bought a wig online via payflex and they delivered something different from what was advertised,what u see on the picture is different from what u will get its false advertising and poor quality hair do not buy from these people u will cry and they do not respond to messages.

The wig took a bit longer to arrive(could be the result of buying in December with holidays in between) , i was assisted by Victoria who kept communicating and updating me. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to buy hair from them. The quality is amazing.

pathetic service from wig factory , i ordered my hair on the 1st of dececember and they advised that delivery takes between 3-5 days .... on the 8th of december i texted them asking them about the delivery for my hair they advised my hair is with the courier i should get updates from the courier company on the 10th i get a whatsapp telling that my hair was only dispatched from them to the courier today . so it means all they do is lie to their clients , i am even worried if i will get the correct item . i am just frustrated at this point
