I had a very bad experience with Wig Factory and would not recommend them to anyone. I purchased four wigs from them based on what was promised and advertised on their website. When the wigs arrived, they were in terrible condition — excessive shedding, poor quality, and absolutely not what was advertised. The hair looked used and poorly constructed, nothing close to what I paid for. I physically returned the wigs to their store, and I was promised a full refund within 7 days. That was the last professional interaction I had with them. Since then, I have called multiple times and received false promises about my refund being processed. Now they have completely stopped answering my calls, which is unacceptable and very unprofessional. This experience feels dishonest and disrespectful to customers. If you value your money and peace of mind, think twice before buying from Wig Factory. People should NOT buy from them, you will be ****med
They’re customer service line is horrible. I have been calling them for weeks to sort out my vehicle finance and you wait for long for them to answer and when they answer the operators hang up.
I am utterly disappointed with this brand. We have recently bought a fairly new vehicle [Nissan Navara] [Demo from a Nissan dealership] and the vehicle was involved in a accident of which insurance fixed using a certified Panelbeaters who reassured us that they will be using Original parts on the vehicle After vehicle was fixed and handed over to us, having driven the car for few months, we had to take it in for service and after the service the vehicle overheated and blown the engine at just over 30 000km Here is the issue, at one point before the service, the vehicle lost power while driving but after a few minutes it was then fine and drove. When I took the vehicle for service at Nissan, I mentioned to the service advisor about the car stopping incident, it seem that information was ignored, A few weeks later the vehicle stopped on the highway with my wife and we called Nissan and they towed the vehicle in to Nissan workshop centurion and they kept the vehicle for a number of days and called us to tell us to collect the vehicle and everything was okay. After collecting the vehicle, on our way home, the vehicle lost power again but we managed to drive to the nearest Nissan dealership which is where the vehicle was serviced. We’ve just learned that the vehicle has blown the engine and when I went in to the dealership, I also learned that they also drove the vehicle after we left it with them. After investigation, it was revealed that the water cap used after the accident was not an original part which I believe is something take up with the panel beaters But my biggest problem is the people at Nissan not picking up there is something wrong with the car when serviced and when it stopped on the highway and they made us continue to drive the vehicle and they also drove the vehicle and now it seem they want to make it our problem whereas we were under the impression that we were dealing with Nissan Experts that would assist in avoiding such a costly damage to the vehicle
Nkululeko Phakati was very helpful and did all he could to make sure all is well with the car
I would like to commend Mathibedi Chueu for a brilliant service he gave me after struggling for three weeks to get my refund. He is brilliant!!!
