I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received.
I placed an initial order and was provided with a coupon code (ALIKA) that did not work. Although this was acknowledged by Alika with an apology the issue was not resolved.
I proceeded to place a second order, only to experience the exact same problem with another non-functional coupon code.
In addition, I specifically requested that the wig be coloured differently and paid the required amount for this service. Unfortunately, the wig was delivered in a colour that does not match my request.
To make matters worse, the delivery was late despite clearly communicating that I needed the wig before a specific event. This caused significant inconvenience.
While I appreciate the convenience of ordering from your company, the ongoing issues with discounts, quality and delivery have made the experience extremely frustrating and not worth the cost.
I am highly disappointed that my concerns remain unresolved. I request urgent intervention to address the following:
A resolution regarding the incorrect wig colour Compensation or refund for the colouring service Clarification and rectification regarding the coupon code issues Consideration for the inconvenience caused by the delayed delivery
I trust this matter will be handled with the urgency it deserves. Hope you treat your other clients differently.
