Pathetic service from you compared to all the other courier companies I have dealt with . My order has been at depot from the 12th it’s the 16th today I call in and I am told it still at their sorting centre in Johannesburg such an inconvenience for such an urgent order wow . Pathetic I hope I never get to deal with you again

pathetic service from wig factory , i ordered my hair on the 1st of dececember and they advised that delivery takes between 3-5 days .... on the 8th of december i texted them asking them about the delivery for my hair they advised my hair is with the courier i should get updates from the courier company on the 10th i get a whatsapp telling that my hair was only dispatched from them to the courier today . so it means all they do is lie to their clients , i am even worried if i will get the correct item . i am just frustrated at this point
Pathetic service always at Shoprite Palm Springs mall . Imagine the manager was just standing there by the door had to wait for 30 minutes for money market services even when I was first in line and he was just standing there having a chat with the security guard
Here we go again . Ordered cup cakes for my son’s birthday a huge milestone only to be disappointed. Asked for red and blue guess what the store does messes up and the color is pink . I am so frustrated Pick and pay eyethu mall you need to do better

Honestly don’t deserve a rating at all . You guys should just be cancelled … during Black Friday my order was cancelled after waiting for more than 2 weeks for it then the refund took even longer I had to send an email before it could be processed . Yesterday I ordered a T-shirt only to get an sms today telling me my order has been cancelled due to what ever glitch you had on your side . I wouldn’t have ordered if I did not want that item which is very much annoying this company should just be cancelled I am stranded again because of your wack service … I don’t think I want to be shopping with you guys anymore
For someone who shops online mostly. I must say this is the worst I have experienced . Slow response I ordered a sneaker on Thursday . Since then it’s been sitting on confirmed no progress on my order what so ever . One would expect that atleast there is movement communication emails something but since it’s been quiet yet usually my online orders take two days max some even overnight . Should really improve how you run your online store
Worst service my account was paid up in April . Was supposed to have debits still going through for the same account called in was advised it was paid up asked for a paid up letter they said 4 days . It’s been over four days my credit score has been affected badly by this and that loan account is showing still . Their consultant Lerato is very rude
bad service logged a call and they said they communicating with zoom fibre people its been 3 days now no solid response as to when i will be assisted
