I am writing this review to warn other customers about my recent awful experience with S&K Showroom. I purchased an item on their website that was clearly listed at R249. I completed my order in good faith, paid for the item, and expected the company to honor the price they advertised. Instead, I was contacted afterwards and told that the price was a “system glitch” and that the “correct” price was R1299. Without giving me any real choice, they proceeded to force a refund on me rather than fulfilling my order. This is completely unacceptable. A business should take responsibility for the prices they display on their own website. Customers should not suffer for internal errors, and it is extremely unprofessional to simply cancel a valid purchase because the company doesn’t want to honor the advertised price. The communication from S&K Showroom was unhelpful and dismissive, and the entire ordeal has left me with zero confidence in this website. If they can change prices after taking your money, how can anyone trust them? I am very disappointed and will not be purchasing from them again. I hope this review warns others: S&K Showroom is unreliable, and my experience with them has been nothing short of frustrating and unfair.

I have been trying to reach you in all your platforms with no help. There are guys tha purchased items online from your store using my PayJustNow account. I wanted to cancel the order as there’s people purchased items for more that 5k. It’s really disappointing how unreliable your store is

I have a very bad experience with S&K showroom , I bought a Diesel sweater on the date 3 April 2025, I only had a sweater 3 times on me and I washed it 3 times, the letters on the sweater started to tear off, I took back the sweater as it wasn't a good quality for the price I bought it for ( R1900) , S&K could not accept the Sweater back and gave me very unprofessional response from thier head office. I use to be a loyal customer for this store , but I would advise good customers to be very careful before purchasing Clothes from this store. The quality is very bad compared to the original products or other stores. I didn't expect such a harsh response the person in charge of these faulty items. I would advise good customers to choose stores wisely and spend your money for something that it's worth it.

For someone who shops online mostly. I must say this is the worst I have experienced . Slow response I ordered a sneaker on Thursday . Since then it’s been sitting on confirmed no progress on my order what so ever . One would expect that atleast there is movement communication emails something but since it’s been quiet yet usually my online orders take two days max some even overnight . Should really improve how you run your online store
