I am writing this review to warn other customers about my recent awful experience with S&K Showroom. I purchased an item on their website that was clearly listed at R249. I completed my order in good faith, paid for the item, and expected the company to honor the price they advertised. Instead, I was contacted afterwards and told that the price was a “system glitch” and that the “correct” price was R1299. Without giving me any real choice, they proceeded to force a refund on me rather than fulfilling my order. This is completely unacceptable. A business should take responsibility for the prices they display on their own website. Customers should not suffer for internal errors, and it is extremely unprofessional to simply cancel a valid purchase because the company doesn’t want to honor the advertised price. The communication from S&K Showroom was unhelpful and dismissive, and the entire ordeal has left me with zero confidence in this website. If they can change prices after taking your money, how can anyone trust them? I am very disappointed and will not be purchasing from them again. I hope this review warns others: S&K Showroom is unreliable, and my experience with them has been nothing short of frustrating and unfair.

Please assist, I just got debited an amount of R1411.14 “ Capitec: Pre Authorisation -R1411.14 from SAVINGS ACCOUNT; Ref GOOGLE*ADS3596304509 09 OGLE.COM IE; Avail R1472.58; 25-Mar. Info 0860102043” I never had an account with Google Ads, matter of a fact I do not even own a company for advertising so I do not understand where this transaction is coming from. Please repay my money .
On the 30th of May 2020 I went to PathCare to do my medical examinations for Old Mutual Policy. They took my blood and completed my short Medical Report as per Old Mutual's requirements. Pathcare sent all the documents except for my short Medical Report which is required for the approval of my policy. The PathCare that I went to is Mitchell's Plein Meloned. I have since been trying to get it sent to the brokers of Old Mutual and PathCare keeps on saying they'll send.
I am also going through the same struggling when I check my credit score it appears as I did not pay the settlement fee and closed my account. I have spoken to an RCS CONSULTANT and was told that my account was indeed closed. Sadly when I check my score RCS still appears as if it wasn't paid off. Sent an email to itcupdates@rcsgroup.co.za but that email didn't go through. Seems as if their email isn't functioning. I'm trying to apply for a home loan but my credit score is negatively affected by this.
