I have been trying to reach you in all your platforms with no help. There are guys tha purchased items online from your store using my PayJustNow account. I wanted to cancel the order as there’s people purchased items for more that 5k. It’s really disappointing how unreliable your store is
I contacted pay just now on 21st of September 2025 via there chat. To ask them to cancel my order because I didn’t purchase anything with them. I tried contacting the merchants that was just to take money from my account and all there platforms where unreachable. So my only hope was PayJustNow. It’s been 5 days now and I lost over 5k from my account.
Dear Hello Peter, I'm writing to express my frustration with First National Bank (FNB) regarding a series of errors that have affected my credit score and financial plans. In October, I closed my personal loan with FNB. However, on my salary date, a debt order was processed, which I disputed. FNB reversed the amount twice, but subsequently, a double debt order of R296.86 was deducted from my account for several months, including January. This error has not only caused financial strain but also damaged my credit score. Upon noticing the error, I made an arrangement on the FNB app to settle the outstanding amount on my payday. Unfortunately, FNB double-debited my account again. I'm extremely disappointed in FNB's handling of this matter. It's unacceptable that I'm being penalized for their mistake. I urge FNB to correct this error, refund the excess amounts deducted, and take steps to rectify the damage to my credit score. I hope Hello Peter can assist me in resolving this matter.
