Poor service, I bought 2 tshirts, I wanted 1 large and 1 2Xl they put 2 larges in a paper bag. When I got home wanting to change I find that it's the same size, I went back to try and exchange they told me I must check the slip as it's written there, They didn't exchange for me due to that reason, what ****es me offis that no one explained to me otherwise I was going to make sure that I check everything before I leave the store. I had to call headoffice for assistance, that time I'm using my petrol to go up and down to the East Rand Mall and the staff there is very rude from the manager...
I app**** for a 20mbps wifi, they debited R668 on my account on the 30th,today the 6th January they suspended my internet and I must pay R175, my question is why was it not debited with the R668
My agreement with them was that if a car stays without any ignition running for days, they will contact me to find out what is happening however it is not happening, I have been with them for 3 years now and I won't hesitate to cancel my contract because the other time I needed Road assistance and I didn't get any assistance, that time I am not in a safe space they took forever, I had to call insurance as they didn't come to assist me, when I try to call them again the lady was rude and she told me to be patient and hang up the phone imagine all the money that I have been paying but not getting any services!! Rediculous
I did a claim with them in March I have been following up with no feedback and I am paying every month, what bothers me is that someone bumped on to my car while parked. So now I have to keep on following up with no feedback
