I bought the Galxboy Thong end of August, in November i sent an email to say they are peeling off i did not get any response or help. i went in store Rosebank in December i was told to bring the shoe in the shoe was originally bought at Sandton City, Lelo the sales rep at Rosebank mall after she saw the pictures of the shoes and emails i have previously sent she said if you had the shoe today i was going to change it for you and in fact you can go to any GXB store they will change it, I asked her dont i need to log anything via the store maybe a reference so i know my case will be handled she said no, i said ill come through in the next couple of days. i went to Sandton City spoke to Luyolo or Luyanda i dont remember his name well a very rude representative of the store he gave me attitude, when i came in i explained the whole issue and that i sent emails and also asked Lelo from Rosebank mall. he was like he does not have size 8 he has 9 he is checking with other shops if they have size 8 so i can go there, while he was calling I tried on the size 9 it was fine i then told him you know what i will take size 9, he then said ok went to the back for like a long time and when he comes back he says he is waiting for management to get back to him. I told him but you were willing to change if you had the size and at rosebank i was told i could change it, he gave me attitude and said he is not involved on what was said at Rosebank he then said he is escalating it till today i have never got feedback regarding my query. I then went to Rosebank mall. and then Lelo called Zama the manager to do the change when Zama got there she advised stock is not the same store if it was her store she would be gladly to change it, i was like but that is not what Lelo told me. she said the only problem now is that it is the 31st and the office is closed i can not get through to head office i need to come back on Monday, i'm like but now i ma up n down my petrol driving around being told different stories i have the platform shoes which are very strong, i never had a problem with your other items but today i'm being treated so unfair like this. I am very disappointed.
I sent the below email on 29 April byt o mever got a response. Hi Makro, I have a complaint i bought potatoes and they are raw after cooking them and we can not eat them cooked them on 20 April and thought maybe its just the one i picked cooked them again yesterday still they are raw when cooked and we can not eat them, and i can not drive to makro as it is going to be a waste of petrol just to return the potatoes. I do not want a phone call i prefer emails.
i am so dissapointed i asked for an email to cancel my car insurance policy, i was told my it can only be done telephonically I can not take calls my phone is broken, now i must pay for something i dont want,
I requested a call back for a quote on 09/04/2025, the agent said he will email it to me i followed up on facebook sent my email address and requested the quote he called me and said he had spelt my email wrong he will send it to the correct email asked what i decided and pressuring me to join whereas i have not received the quote till today i have not received a quote they want me to accept something over the call without going through all the Ts and Ca.
I am currently waiting for my international order from shein, so i got an sms yesterday that my order will be delivered i see now nobody has called i called the Buffalo call center at 10.00am and rhe call was answered more than 2 hours later just after 12, the agent pick up the phone i tell them i have been on hold for more than 2 hours he doesn't say anything about that he just says tracking number in a eude manner doesn't even speak in English, i ask so you won't say anything about the hold time he say just give me the tracking number he says it will be delivered maybe by tomorrow i say what time as im still waiting he says today or tomorrow, i told him i have been waiting so long i need to know exactly when he says he can't tell ne, i asked for his surname he did not provide, i asked for the manager he asked why and he was arguing with me he said the managers are at the warehouse maybe Rene will call me but he is not sure . Im reporting this company for the ride service i was on hokd for 2 hours and i did get assistance regarding my query just a rude agent im waiting for my daughter's Christmas clothes since end of November 2022 delivery was promised 14 to 16 December, due to delivery company it will delay and this is the service i get t im so angry.
I am still waiting for my refund which was promised to ke in July.. I canceled this order onn26 July 2020. But i still have not got my refund as yet order number is P513921061. As The Guy Told Me It Will Take 10 Days To Get My Refund. Till today i am still waiting for my money. I did send an on 19 August 2020 email to them i was advised i will get my refund in 10 days.
as they advise i can not do a exchange as my shoe that ibwant to exchange with is not the same amount, the lady in the store refuses to assist ke she says i must wapk to another store which is far from me and she is giving me attitude she now says i must wait for customers behind me tp finish then she will attend me now im standing here and waiting, what a bad service im closing my account as this store consultant is making a scene in front of other customers making me feel un important where as i spent R634. 00 on my items.
