I've purchased a TCL 55 inch TV and it didn't come with a powersupply plug , I've called the store and was told that they can't assist as the TV was bought a month ago and was never reported , I've explained that I only unboxed the TV a week ago, please help I want the power supply or my money back .

Hello Peter. On 7 October 23 I bought a Trojan Treadmill(TR510) From Game Store(Ilanga Mall)Nelspruit for R8999.By end of November 2023 it was dead.I took it to the store by 6 Dec.2023 for repairs or replacement.It has been with From Dec.up until last week Friday.(9-feb.2024)On this day The store foned me to fetch the machine as it was fixed.It was not tested at the store in my presence.Upon reaching I found that the machine had even more problems.I took it back yesterday (12-02-24)The guy who sells these appliances in the store tested it & confirmed it was malfunctioning.As he reported to his seniors.I was asked to to come back today (13-02-24) as the matter could not be resolved.I requested for a refund on the Item.The technician outsourced by Trojan says he replaced the Motor on the Machine.The machine has more problems.Now somebody at Trojan(Sipho) says I must wait again for the technician to work on the machine.Since I bought the machine I am enduring frustration & pain.No gain for the intended purpose.Please help.Either get it replaced or refunded so I can secure another.I am a ***r-old senior citizen.Frustrated

Game online service is sh****t. I'm really disappointed. It's better 3 weeks waiting for my refund and I'm still waiting for the replacement of the heater I bought of which they gave me a damage one. They don't care about their customers anymore

GAME: I will never buy from Game again, I have never had any account with Game, yet I constanty get harassed day in and day out by People from MBD INC. that say someone Im apparently suppose to know owes them money. IF EVERYONE that gets harassed like this can simply start a class action law suite against Game and MBD Inc. or stop buying from Game, this problem would sort itself easily. GAME got hold of my information and now I am harrased by idiots thats wasting my time and costing me. MBD is rubbish scammers.

Second review about same issue "Game Store" Canal Walk sent my microwave 2nd time on the 9th February that's even more that 2 weeks ago no feedback what's so ever... they send me pillar to post when I call..I'm so tired of the same issue "28 liter Defy Microwave". If they can't fix it second time around why can't they just refund my money and I will be new microwave...I'm heavily pregnant this is stressing me out.
