My sister bought Iron Beannet Raed at Game Richardd Bay store(R499),and stopped working,she took it bact to the store,they told her they will book it for repairs,the worse part is that she paid extra money to extend guaraante,my question is What is She suppose to use in the meantime,while the iron is gonne for repairs, And is that stated in the proof of purchase?t hey were so rude towards her and we are really dissappointef because we always buy most appliances in the Game store, now this is the treatment we get as customers,which means when we buy at Game we waste our money,they don't value their customers , I am so Dissappointes with their Poor Service!!All we want is our money back and go shop somewhere else.
Am so happy finally I have recieved my phone ,but now I need to cancell the insurance from theatore they dont pick up calls,I have tried to call them myself no one picks up either, so now Am left hanging don't know what to do.
Finally Today I have recived my new phone as Mr Price Mobile has promised even though I had to wait for 3months ,but am glad i used HelloPeter , am happy but i will cancell dat insurance.
Am still waiting for my phone, went in Mossel Bay Mr Price store where they will deliver my phone, so no progress from the 7 Feb .
I can't give them 5 stars yet but we are in the process of getting my phone, i have paid access fee of R300 and alo R500 for upgrade because they no longer have same style of the phone i had, so i went in the store(Mr Price) )since i have relocated so they said in 5 -10 working days I will get my phone so am still waiting
It been a week and 3 working days after I have paid my Access fee Mr Price Mobile Insurance , even now they have failed to call and tell me what is holding them to give me a new phone , they always promise but don't bother to contact as the promise, worse CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I have paid the access fee last week on Thursday and sent them the proof of payment but no one has called me to tell me how far are they with my issue, am really fed up with their service !!
Yesterday they sent me Access fee information, I made a payment and sent them proof of payment,so am waiting for their call to know what is the way forward
I am still waiting for their call as the promised me on Frifay when I call them Christopher said , he is escillating my case but I am tired of waiting
Am still waiting for them to tell me what is taking so long to get me a new phone, This insurance is a waste of time and money, so dissapointed and regret taking their offer.
