Doortronix installed cheaper springs than I paid for.

Doortronix are the worst company to use for garage doors. DO NOT USE THEM.

I ordered and paid for 65/75kg springs on my garage door and they installed 40kg springs but still charged for the heavier springs.

Four months later my garage door no longer goes up. It is impossible to move by hand as its a 120kg double door.

They say they will come and repair the door but then cancel in the late afternoon, they only have one tech person and he has to go to a funeral.
