Terrible Service and Insolent
I had a horrible experience with Doortronix. We hired them to repair our garage door at 93A Waterfall Neighbours, but on the same day the repair was done, the wheel on the left-hand side popped out again. Despite numerous calls and messages to their team, no one has come to fix the issue. We were given the contact number for someone named Marco, but when we reached out, he was rude, denied responsibility, and even told us to take "whatever action necessary." This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially after paying in full. Avoid Doortronix at all costs if you're looking for reliable garage door repairs. This company clearly lacks accountability and customer care.

Terrible Service and Insolent
I had a horrible experience with Doortronix. Doortronix installed cheaper springs than I paid for.
Doortronix are the worst company to use for garage doors. DO NOT USE THEM. I ordered and paid for 65/75kg springs on my garage door and they installed 40kg springs but still charged for the heavier springs. Four months later my garage door no longer goes up. It is impossible to move by hand as its a 120kg double door. They say they will come and repair the door but then cancel in the late afternoon, they only have one tech person and he has to go to a funeral.

I ordered and paid for 65/75kg springs on my garage door and they installed 40kg springs but still charged for the heavier springs. Four months later my garage door no longer goes up. Don't go near them with a 10 foot pole
Garage DoorTronix is the worst supplier I have EVER dealt with. They were great when it came to installing my garage doors, but when one of the doors fell off more than a month ago they gave me a date that they were going to come and repair and just never appeared, thereafter they promised (after I called them from a number they didn't recognize) that they would come that evening... I am still waiting. And STILL being ghosted. Do yourself a favour and don't go near them with a ten foot pole.

Garage DoorTronix is the worst supplier I have EVER dealt with. Doortronix pathetic
I ordered 2 new garage motors with a batteries for each. With load shedding i realized that the batteries is not working. Now they want to tell me the batteries has no warranty at their suppliers. The service is pathetic and the director Andre Louw is full of stories. Never keep to an appointment.

Absolutely pathetic service. Gate motor under warranty went from a leaking motor to a stolen motor. Their salesman/owner/technician Andre Louw is full of lies and never delivers on his promises. Do yourself a favor and stick with better known brands. Pending police case for theft from these guys.

INFERIOR PRODUCTS, Very bad quality!!!
I chose them because they seemed to have good reviews but don't be fooled!!! Their product is inferior to my neighbours doors. Paint/ Powdercoating got damaged while they where installing it. They broke my wall mounted remote. The garage motor is useless! It is very slow to open and close. I am imbarrased with how visibly inferior this product is AND it makes a hello of a noise when I open and close. Now I have to wait..... and listen to empty promises. Do yourself a favour and rather get a reference from someone who already had it done.
