They were good in the beginning but have proven to be completely unreliable. They have not shown up at my house for an entire month even after promising over and over that they would. I have requested a refund for November but now their phone is off.
Wallpaper online produced the paper for my baby's nursery and helped me arrange installation - definitely the most beautiful room in my house! Great service, great speed and excellent quality product. Their recomended installers also do a fantastic job, you can't see any joins on my little girls mural.
I ordered my Vuse for the month on the 20th of December 2024 and have still not received my order - the order was sent to the incorrect address. When I eventually got through over the phone over a week ago after numerous emails to their customer care line I was told I would receive a refund in 24 hours, still no refund. Disgusting service.
Ford Motor Company never have I been so disappointed in a car and the service surrounding it. It all started when i took my Ford Ecosport in for its 15 000km service, it was great up to that point. It's been guzzling fuel and the check engine light keeps coming on even after being checked and "fixed" over 12 times since the first service. Consolidated Auto performed the first service and have not been able to fix it, it went into Fury Ford Sandton a few times with no luck. Is this the kind of service one is to expect from an international car group?? This picture was taken a year ago, check engine light was on. My car just came back this week from 2 weeks of rigorous testing and "repairs" and once again the check engine light has come on this morning. I mean shouldn't you know what is wrong with your vehicles??
Garage DoorTronix is the worst supplier I have EVER dealt with. They were great when it came to installing my garage doors, but when one of the doors fell off more than a month ago they gave me a date that they were going to come and repair and just never appeared, thereafter they promised (after I called them from a number they didn't recognize) that they would come that evening... I am still waiting. And STILL being ghosted. Do yourself a favour and don't go near them with a ten foot pole.
Last Saturday I paid R3000 for the cleaning of my house, the package included all the windows, and electric floor polisher, cleaning inside all cabinets and floors and wiping down of walls etc.. and I was told it would include my flat on the premises. There are still dirty windows on the house & the flat is filthy, there was no electric floor polisher and I had to supply a bucket, a vacuum cleaner and step ladders (everything was supposed to come along with the service) I then complained on the day after I inspected the property only to find MANY discrepancies. I was told that someone would come through today and rectify the situation, I have had no further feedback and no one arrived. Straight up thievery.
I went into their Towers branch in Boksburg on Thursday the 4th of February to make a withdrawal from my notice account, where I dealt with an Indian lady, consultant, I was told it would cost me R600 odd and I accepted, then I was told it would take 48hrs for the money to clear and I accepted and signed on the pad. It is now Tuesday the 9th of February ans money is still not available. I then tried calling the branch and was put through to a lady called Lebo at 10am who very rudely told me that she would call me back. After calling again an hour later and having no answer, I am writing this. I also tried calling the savings and investment line with no answer. This is disgusting and I will be moving ALL my banking elsewhere.
Excellent customer service, I initially had a mishap with my purchase due to their website being updated but they were very efficient , helpful and professional in assisting me. Highly recommend. Will definitely be using them in future.
It all started on the 27th of December 2019 when I had fraudulent transactions on my ABSA petrol card, I then cancelled the card and after an investigation had most of the money refunded to me, I then contacted the credit card division to cancel my credit card to which the petrol card was linked to no avail. Then in April I noticed that for 5 months I had been paying for a petrol card that I no longer had and there had been further fraudulent transactions on the petrol card that I no longer had, so I called again on the 24th of April and was given a new reference number and the case was escalated, I logged in this morning only to find that there have been more fraudulent transactions on my non existent petrol card. I am now at the point where I am going to contact the ombudsman of this is not resolved now. I went to two branches this morning only to be informed at the second branch that ABSA is no longer open on Saturdays. I want all my charges for my non existent card reversed and all the fraudulent transactions reversed and I want the account closed!
