Absolutely pathetic service. Gate motor under warranty went from a leaking motor to a stolen motor. Their salesman/owner/technician Andre Louw is full of lies and never delivers on his promises. Do yourself a favor and stick with better known brands. Pending police case for theft from these guys.

I called the Call Center in November to change my banking details, call center said everything was done and gave me a reference number. Got my bill in December and had services which i did not request, called in again, queried it to which they said they will amend and credit me.Apparently tried calling me but supplied totally different numbers on which they supposedly tried. They then suspend my service last week after surprise surprise they debit the old account which is closed and after about 3 hours on the phone with them over 2 days my account stays suspended. Get the new bill today with the same amount for the service i did not request to which i called again to query, standard response, we will log a case. Between all of this and speaking to numerous call center agents constantly repeating the story over and over and supposedly a manager that promises call backs within the day or certain times to which i have not received any call. The way they treat the customer which was in no way at fault and due to the lack of expertise of resolving any queries timeously or the ability really left me with a sour taste. WELL DONE TELKOM
