Garage Door paid for, not installed after 5 months
I requested a quotation from Andre of DoorTronix / Big Time Industries for a Single Caravan door, he supplied the quotation, payment was made on the 3rd of May 2022, today being the 5th of October after many attempts of contact, no calls answered, messages are responded to when he feels like it, after multiple failed promises to install the door, to date no door has been installed. It's been 5 full months waiting for a door that was paid for in full to be installed.

Doortronix not trustworthy
Absolutely pathetic service. Gate motor under warranty went from a leaking motor to a stolen motor. Their salesman/owner/technician Andre Louw is full of lies and never delivers on his promises. Do yourself a favor and stick with better known brands. Pending police case for theft from these guys.

Vissibly Inferior Products, unreliable people.
INFERIOR PRODUCTS. Very bad quality, I'm feel like a fool for using these people and for not doing my homework. The door appears dented, it's noisy, the motor is very slow. They scratches the door on installation, broke my wall mounted remote. Its a sh*t show!!!! Don't stick to appointments, always has excuses lined up. Overall a disappointment!!!!
