1. Health Issues and Misrepresentation When I purchased the kitten, Kito, I was not made aware of any health issues, despite paying full price for the kitten. During Kito’s first inoculation, my vet informed me that he had a heart murmur. I immediately contacted Ms. Le Roux about this, and she assured me that such conditions could be "outgrown," which I naively accepted at the time as I was not properly informed of the severity of the condition. As time passed, Kito exhibited symptoms such as shivering when lying down. However, in December 2023, Kito sustained a femur fracture, and upon taking him to the vet for x-rays, I was informed that the anaesthesia procedure needed to treat him would be extremely risky due to his heart murmur. The vet described the murmur as severe, and we arranged for a heart scan to be performed by a specialist while Kito was under anaesthesia for his femur x-ray. This scan could not be done immediately, leaving Kito to endure unnecessary pain while waiting for the specialist’s availability. This situation has been traumatic for my family and me, as we are now faced with the uncer*****y of Kito’s future health. We are left with both emotional and financial burdens from ongoing medical treatment for a condition that was never disclosed to us. When I raised this issue with Ms. Le Roux, she claimed she was unaware of Kito’s heart murmur. This is untrue, as we had discussed it previously, and such a condition would have been detected by her vet during Kito’s vaccinations and neutering procedure prior to my receiving him. 2. Unfulfilled Promises of Compensation In an attempt to resolve the matter, Ms. Le Roux promised to compensate me by offering a kitten from her upcoming litter. She sent me photos of two female kittens, stating she had not yet decided which one she would keep. I agreed to this offer and discussed it with my children. However, when I followed up, she sent me a photo of a third kitten, which she had previously identified as a male, despite previously stating that only two females were available. When I inquired about this, she informed me that one of the initially available kittens was "no longer available" and became uncooperative when I sought further clarification. 3. Unprofessional Behaviour and Lack of Accountability When I questioned her further, Ms. Le Roux became hostile. She called me and screamed at me over the phone before abruptly hanging up. When I attempted to call her back, she informed me that I would not be receiving any kittens from her. This behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. 4. Concerns About Socialization and Welfare of Kittens Additionally, when I first brought Kito home, he was in a state of shock for at least a week, which raises serious concerns about whether Ms. Le Roux is properly socializing her kittens before placing them with new owners. As a breeder, it is her responsibility to ensure that the kittens she sells are healthy, well-socialized, and free from any hidden defects. I believe an inspection of her breeding practices and environment is warranted to ensure that the necessary standards are being met for the well-being of the cats in her care.
They offer reports that you have to pay for that contains useless information. It's a complete and utter waste of money!
INFERIOR PRODUCTS. Very bad quality, I'm feel like a fool for using these people and for not doing my homework. The door appears dented, it's noisy, the motor is very slow. They scratches the door on installation, broke my wall mounted remote. Its a sh*t show!!!! Don't stick to appointments, always has excuses lined up. Overall a disappointment!!!!
I chose them because they seemed to have good reviews but don't be fooled!!! Their product is inferior to my neighbours doors. Paint/ Powdercoating got damaged while they where installing it. They broke my wall mounted remote. The garage motor is useless! It is very slow to open and close. I am imbarrased with how visibly inferior this product is AND it makes a hello of a noise when I open and close. Now I have to wait..... and listen to empty promises. Do yourself a favour and rather get a reference from someone who already had it done.
I just got an apalling attitude from the staff member @ the hot food counter at Woolworths Farrarmere. She ignored me completely after I asked her a question and didn't even feel the need to make eye contact with me. She completely dismissed me infront of other customers. I went to get the store manager but he didn't seem phased at all. He didn't listen to what the problem was but he was ready with an excuse. Now Woolworths your business is going to go down at the speed of light if you don't give your employees sufficient training and teach them how to treat clients.
I bought a second hand vehicle from BB Nissan Silverton on 16 June 2021. Salesman JC assisted me with the purchase. 3 Months later, here I am on Hello Peter DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from BB NISSAN SILVERTON!!!! JC will cover up and lie just to get a deal. I am so disgusted!!! I am a single mother that had to get a bigger vehicle because of my job. I could only afford a second hand car but now I am without a car because of what they have sold me. This is the 3rd time the vehicle has been taken in to be fixed for whatever is wrong and today BB Nissan Silverton tried to initiate a claim through the Extra Warranty that I was advised to take out when I bought the car. This was done without notifying or consulting with me!! If the insurance company did not notify me, I wouldn't have known about it. Isn't that FRAUD???!!! On a previous occasion that my car went in for them to look at it, nothing was fixed and my car key got dropped damaged. When I pulled it out of the ignition, it fell apart and I could start my car!!! I was leaving an appointment and it was after dark. How on earth can this be the standard that this dealership is operating in? When I got my spare key out the next morning, I was stunned. It was so damaged that I could not use it. JC, the salesman, placed it neatly in a gift box with the broken side facing the bottom. I never even thought of taking it out and checking to see if they didn't give me a rubbish spare key! The least he could have done was just mention that it is in a very poor condition. But no, he chose to hide it. I am so disappointed in him. I thought I was getting excellent service but I was conned into thinking I was was getting a great deal. I hope you sleep well at night JC.... My vehicle was taken to Hyundai to be inspected properly on instruction of Willie. BB Nissan was informed what was wrong and a quotation was sent to the dealership for their account. Not once was it spoken of or even hinted at that it is my responsibility to claim from my insurance to have the problem, that they sold me, fixed. The car was sold to me with a broken steering rack and several other problems and now they are trying to side step their responsibilities. I will not stand for it. Willie was committed to helping me sort out the problems I was having with my car but he has been moved to another branch, one day after the quote was sent to BB Nissan Silverton. The Dealer Principal Leon is now in charge of my complaint but the only people I have heard from so far is the Extended Warranty company.... I don't know how people can think this is ok? Faulty S5 medication!!! To be specific VENLOR XR 150/75. I have reported my finding and tried to alert them on their contact nr for RSA adverse side effects nr, I have contacted a representative and posted it on FB. I have managed to get my medication exchanged at my pharmacist but no interest from Cipla. This medication works on the central nervous system of a persons brain which can lead to fatal consequences if not treated immediately. This is a SERIOUS MISTAKE CIPLA

Bond application went well but when it came to arranging life cover it became a joke!! It is 2 weeks down the line, everything thing has been approved but the attorneys are still waiting for the correct documentation. This is delaying the registration of 2 properties. Matter has been escalated but still no joy. DONT use BETTERBOND/Betterlife for life cover.
