Doortronix are the worst company to use for garage doors. DO NOT USE THEM. I ordered and paid for 65/75kg springs on my garage door and they installed 40kg springs but still charged for the heavier springs. Four months later my garage door no longer goes up. It is impossible to move by hand as its a 120kg double door. They say they will come and repair the door but then cancel in the late afternoon, they only have one tech person and he has to go to a funeral.
Excellent service from Fabian, compared to my last insurer A&G the service is beyond exceptional. This was an accident with my brand new 19-year-old son as a driver and they had no issues with the claim. (It was not his fault :-) One criticism is that the repairs claim division and the write-off claims division are separate so you have to speak to two separate people depending on how bad your accident damage is. This is weird, why not just one contact?
Is there any way to contact a person who is able to resolve my problem? Your call centre staff are acting as gate keeps to people who can actually 'do' something. I have no idea why they simply keep reading emails back to me to justify bad service. I can read! There is absolutely no communication between the customers and sweepsouth themselves. The call centre is shocking. The email technology process is shocking and inefficient. The APP provides no feedback. This is weird for a technology company.
