Got my money back,playing hardball

I placed order in November 2015,promised delivery within 14 days.<br> Nothing delivered,started cal;ling them on weekly basis,firstly it was because of Xmas season delivery delayed.<br> Then,they had forgotten to send items.After 2 weeks they cannot supply a tracking number(WTF).<br> On the 7th of Feb 2016,sent email,<br> <br> Good Afternoon<br> I am still awaiting delivery of this order.<br> I call your helpline and cannot get any assistance.<br> If this order is not delivered by tomorrow,I will contact relevant authorities, <br> advertising board and banks to blacklist your company in South Africa.<br> <br> 16th Feb,my credit card is credited for full amount that was deducted.<br> <br> Play hardball with these MF<br>
