Vodacom esim
Upgraded to Iphone 13 mini,was told by consultant i could get esim activated on iphone. Went to Fourways mall and picked up phone,consultant tells me yo go to Vodaworld,Midrand to activate esim for phone,branch is offline,they in temporary premises. Get to Vodaworld ,to be then told that they do not activate esim on iphones. Called manager at Fourways,told that he will call back in ten minutes,till now no callback. Next day ,I call again,another manager answers,will return my call,still awaiting response,i then decided to return to Fourways branch. They then tell me that they will try to activate esim on iphone,but if it does not work i cannot return iphone??????? Phone was still sealed. I then canceeled upgrade So for their incomptence i must sit with a product that will not do what i require???? Also no response from customer care?????? Seems like Vodacom has too many customers to bother about individuals,time to move to yellow network after 25 years

Telkom blacklisting
i cancelled some subscriptions on Telkom account via email in March. they kept on billing me, but i only paid for account i used. after numerous calls and visits to Telkom,to sort this out nothing was done. i then apply for credit elsewhere and find that Telkom have blacklisted me as a slow payer. THEY are the most useless bunch of people i have ever dealt with. i am looking for a number at Telkom to get this issue resolved.

Got my money back,playing hardball
I placed order in November 2015,promised delivery within 14 days.<br> Nothing delivered,started cal;ling them on weekly basis,firstly it was because of Xmas season delivery delayed.<br> Then,they had forgotten to send items.After 2 weeks they cannot supply a tracking number(WTF).<br> On the 7th of Feb 2016,sent email,<br> <br> Good Afternoon<br> I am still awaiting delivery of this order.<br> I call your helpline and cannot get any assistance.<br> If this order is not delivered by tomorrow,I will contact relevant authorities, <br> advertising board and banks to blacklist your company in South Africa.<br> <br> 16th Feb,my credit card is credited for full amount that was deducted.<br> <br> Play hardball with these MF<br>
