Garcinia Cambogia Scam !
I replied via a Facebook advert for a free trial of the product Garcinia Cambogia in November 2018. I have never received the product or had any further communication from the company. I suddenly discovered a week ago that 4 unexplained debit orders were reflected in my bank account, totaling R5,657.21. On my dispute it was revealed that this same company had commenced debits for a so called on going supply of the product. The local contact number was supplied by my Bank, They proved to be totally uncooperative and insisted I had place the order. They were not prepared to supply me contact details of higher authorities and just referred me back to their Facebook page. This is a total scam and abuse of customers !!!

Garcinia Cambogia Scam !

I have ordered a product from them on the 5th September. Until today I did not receive anything from them. Did send a mail asking about my order and their response was - "did you ask you post office" - and that was it. The reference number that they supply me with is a order for Doorpoort, Pretoria and it was already collected. I am not staying in Krugersdorp. I requested a refund and nobody is replying on my request or answers.

I have ordered a product from them on the 5th September. Until today I did not receive anything from them. Garcinia Cambogia and Colon Cleanser - SCAM!
On 16 March 2016 I bought online from dietshop Garcinia Cambogia that was advertised on Facebook together with Colon Cleanser. The following amounts was deducted from my bank account: R79; R99 and R30 (which might be for assurance purposes). On my statement shows for the amount of R79,00 dietshop. For R30,00 and R99,00 my statement shows Fin-thin.com Finally Thin. Delivery wasn't a problem and was delivered to my door. On 12 April 2018, I get a surprised sms from my bank for the amount of R1199,00 also from Fin-thin.com Finally thin. I went on the website. Get phone numbers, dialed it, no success. No ringtone. Although it shows it is situated in Sandton. The marketing on Facebook shows that it is order from abroad. I go on Facebook and search, notice all the complaints and messages it is a scam. I sent an email with subject PURCHASE, because after my order of March, they forward me emails. Immediately did I received an email back my order is stopped??? What order, seems it was not even read. Did I lost my money? How can I get it back? I am a single parent and cannot afford to lose this kind of money.

I purchased the product 5 January 2018. It is now February 2018 and I still have not received my product. There's no proof that the product was even delivered or signed for by me indicating THEFT. I brought it up but GARCINIA continued to ignore me. This will be escalated to the police as Theft as I have proof of payment of the purchase of the product but no product. Below is the last communication I sent them: "Hi, To whom this may concern I'm opening a case of theft against you as I have not received my product. I have bank statements confirming the purchase of the product however the product has not been delivered. I've received no proof that the product has been delivered or proof that I signed for the product as it was not delivered!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Kele Modise"

Supplements orderd on web not received
I have placed my order for Pure Garcinia Combogia Extract pills on the 8th January 2016 and although they said that I will receive the products within 14 working days, I still haven't received my products. The money were deducted from my account the same day I placed the order and I am sending mails and phoning them on a weekly bacis. This is very disappointning. Is there anybody else who haven't received their products? Is this a scam?

NO deliver and disgusting poor/no customer service
I placed my order in December 2015. 7-14days delivery however end of February and I am still waiting. I emailed a follow up on the 9th of January. They customer service response to be a 7day delay before responding. If they do and I responded I wait another 7 days for a reply. I have requested on numerous occasions for management but all they say on a weekly delay reply cycle that it's been re shipped however when I don't know because I have two different dates and have to wait probably another 7 days for a reply . 7days -they only respond to u on a Friday so waiting for a package weekly if u lucky they will reply . disgusting

Got my money back,playing hardball
I placed order in November 2015,promised delivery within 14 days.<br> Nothing delivered,started cal;ling them on weekly basis,firstly it was because of Xmas season delivery delayed.<br> Then,they had forgotten to send items.After 2 weeks they cannot supply a tracking number(WTF).<br> On the 7th of Feb 2016,sent email,<br> <br> Good Afternoon<br> I am still awaiting delivery of this order.<br> I call your helpline and cannot get any assistance.<br> If this order is not delivered by tomorrow,I will contact relevant authorities, <br> advertising board and banks to blacklist your company in South Africa.<br> <br> 16th Feb,my credit card is credited for full amount that was deducted.<br> <br> Play hardball with these MF<br>

This is a scam
I placed my order(862109) on the 09/01/2016 and to date I have not received anything. I have sent 2 emails with no reply. As mentioned in the previous report the numbers are not valid. Clearly this seems to be a scam!

This is a scam
