Absolutely appalling service. U wait hours for food.. Then u get old moldy bread or eggshells, great place for kids but dont count on service or food, disappointing.. EVERY TIME
am livid. You have debited my account. You have confirmed the cancelation of my medical aid which was end of june. I gave u a months notice and u still debited my account i want my money immediately paid back.
I am frustrated, 1. You can't get any help no where, the help section.. What a waste of time. 2. I have paid and i cant login. Keeps saying i am not subscribed but i have paid and have an account. And no one to help but a bot.. A useless bot.
Becoming the worst experience and delivery company. If its not dishonest drivers.. Saying the person wasn't available to take the delivery.. When they were home all day. Which means they never even tried to deliver. You get used items. The customer service.. What is that.. We will look into it.. Never reply, with the why it happened in the first place.
Exceptional service from Amos, the manager at the restaurant. We had an unpleasant experience over a month ago. He contacted us immediately and ensured that when we came back, we were taken care of. I can confirm that since then, there has been a definitive improvement in the service. We need more managers like Amos at restaurants!
I am really unsure how many times u need to request a call.. Till someone actually makes contact.. I am just wondering maybe someone here can guide me.. Is it 10.. Is it 20..
Appalling! to say the least. 1. Requested date for delivery gets ignored 2. Their own made up date - they come to deliver then they wonder why you not answering 3. Requested new date - the delivery doesn't happen then the delivery people say oh the number was incorrect they were at the gate - DISHONEST. as they could phone you back on your number. 4. We request dates when we home, so again another week i have to go without my delivery. DISHONEST, PATHETIC SERVICE
Well... Used to be a pleasure to shop but.... Too much for them to handle. So, i bought two of the sames products and oy got one, have been sending messages for days now but no reply. Only messages i am getting is to shop more but nothing about my current order thats incorrect.
Where to begin................................... Flights suspended i then booked two flights on another flight, then suspension lifted. Then the nightmare continues with Kulula. 1. GUGU at capetown international, absolute appalling customer service. Rude not helpful 2. I was asked to then pay an addition R840 rand for 2 bags (flight was empty) because the bag was 9 not 7. No problem i paid. 3. GUGU checked lugguge in without putting cable ties on we had to request for it 4. I paid extra for two seats so that my mom and 3 year old can sit next to each other. but on the plane they were told the picture when you preselect seats are different to plane they are in. AFTER PAYING TO ENSURE THEY SIT NEXT TO EACH OTHER, 5. After paying 840 rand for bags, requesting cable ties, the one bag was destroyed, open, broken, shoes and makeup stolen. Also with someone else socks in their bags... *** happened...?????????????
Would be great if they can tell a person who to contact to get a refund on the flights. Due to their incompetency - its impossible to get hold of anyone of any advise on what to do due to flights grounded!!!! PERHAPS UP YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE
