Called in on Sunday, 26.04.26, to query online Hotshots booking error. Was put through a person named Christie, who initially rushed to a conclusion without understanding the problem. I had to repeat myself and was then told, "I am entering the facility and will check on the system," to which I rep****, "ok. I will wait". "Wow, not even a thank you on a Sunday morning" was the next words I heard! My query has not been addressed or resolved yet. Christie tries to solicit a thank you, what for? When pressed regarding her attitude, she got defensive, and this led me to say, "JC, is this customer service?", she immediately dropped the call. I complained to the staff and received no feedback at all. Is this the kind of people you guys employ?

World of Golf is always a treat for the whole family! My kids absolutely love the Dimples Restaurant and play area – the food is delicious, portions are generous, and the play area keeps the little ones entertained for hours. It’s the perfect spot where parents can relax while the kids have fun. Highly recommended for family outings!

The of World of Golf has a hot shots area which should be enjoyable for anyone. However the way it's being operated, it leaves a lot to be desired for. I'll focus specifically on the booking procedure that I think needs to be addressed. When going online to book, it only caters for non-members. You call the sales team about this and ask them to book on your behalf and then you don't get feedback (maybe this is relative but i didn't get any feedback when i was looking to book for the past weekend). They often tell you to come and book at the venue. So are you saying I should travel 40kms (in my case) for an unknown variable or hope as I put it? get there and then tell me there's no space? so I've wasted time and petrol in all this. is that fair? When I asked, they couldn't answer. In the hot shots area, so many bays were not used and not booed but they would tell you they are unavailable...how when you can see I'm 5 mins away from the next available time slot and no one is here yet? It's really frustrating that some facilities cannot be used even when not occupied. Additionally at this digitalized time, there's no booking system so people can plan accordingly especially for paying members who at least can feel they are being rewarded because at this point you're trying to push additional income at the expense of your committed paying members. If you require a system being built for booking, get in touch with me and my team and we can get this out in no time.

Such a horrid experience. Very unprofessional. Horrible and rude management. I would highly not recommend Dimples Restaurant. Slow service, the management absolutely treat you as if they are doing you a favour as opposed to you being a customer. Never returning to this joke of a restaurant ever again. Whoever is managing this place needs to reevaluate how their staff interact with customers. It’s appalling to say the least.

My son had a birthday celebration this past weekend, the lesson was suppose to be an hour but it was cut short to 30mins, on their own accord they decided to stop the lesson without informing me the parent, their excuse was, the kids were misbehaving, one got injured and they were thirsty. My son was not pleased at all because they wanted to play but there coach decided to just shorten the lesson. All I got when confronting the situations is excuses after excuses and lies, no apology or nothing. I paid R6000 for an 1 lesson and got half, would never recommend this service to anyone for a golf party. Their service was very poor, for 23 kids and 10 adults only 1 waiter was assigned. So disappointed as I really loved that place, good sport for kids and adults but failed on parties.

This is about the Gillooleys branch. Excellent staff and restaurant but the business is taking members for granted. Poor quality golf ***** and mats which are in serious need of replacement but they do nothing about it. So we don't get the value we pay for.

Exceptional service from Amos, the manager at the restaurant. We had an unpleasant experience over a month ago. He contacted us immediately and ensured that when we came back, we were taken care of. I can confirm that since then, there has been a definitive improvement in the service. We need more managers like Amos at restaurants!
