I originaly wanted my order delivered by the 15th of May 2025 however they did notify me the order would be delivered by the 16th which they did I was also notified when they were on their way to deliver but I could not track the order on my end, besides all of this I was happy with my order.
I returned a printer that was still under warranty in November 2024 and now in January there is no credit or replacement done I have been phoning them every day and they keep sending me from pillar to post I buy regularly from take a lot but will no longer do so as their after sale support is non existence, looking forward to purchasing from Amazon rather!
Very bad customer service, when I ported to another company my collegue and I were treated very badly. They do not reply to emails and take no responsibility for their system
Scammers, quick to quote R4000 for telephone surveillance which cannot be done then they pressurize you for information and send very rude messages! I had to block them to stop them from messaging me!
no internet since my subscription 3 months ago i have logged my complaint and 11 days and still no assistance!
Shocking customer services, all your queries are ignored even though all the queries are system related - do not use this company for any IT requirements - their attitude is that the customer needs them - i am getting another Point of sale system for my retail stores and i will take great pleasure in letting them know where to stick their system!
No assistance in obtaining a simple request to get our statements! From our relationship banker to the service call banker to the client service manager! I will never deal with Nedbank again and would not recommend them to anyone i will be closing all my accounts and taking my business to a bank that cares for their clients!
I had been dealing with 'Antoinette van Zyl' ********** as our company had received a grant from SETA whereby we needed a quotation and implementation plan within a deadline date, I sent Antoinette all our information and never heard from her again. We missed our deadline and lost our grant, she does not get back to messages or emails, her work ethics is shocking - I too will let the department of higher education know how CTU Potchefstroom operates.
I placed my order(862109) on the 09/01/2016 and to date I have not received anything. I have sent 2 emails with no reply. As mentioned in the previous report the numbers are not valid. Clearly this seems to be a scam!
I ENROLLED WITH KIDZ EXPRESS IN FEBRUARY 2016 AND PAID UPFRONT AS IS REQUIRED BY THEM,( I NOW SEE WHY) ON THE FIRST DAY THE 01/02/2016 THEY WERE 1 HOUR EARLY TO TAKE MY DAUGHTER TO SCHOOL AND TO FETCH HER IN THE AFTERNOON FROM SCHOOL (RAND PARK HIGH) THEY DID'NT EVEN PITCH, FOR HER DANCE LESSON THERE WAS ONCE AGAIN A NO SHOW.<br> <br> ON DAY 2 THEY AGAIN DID NOT PITCH FOR SCHOOL THERE AND BACK. I MESSAGED THE OWNER MIKE (NO RESPONSE)ON WHATS APP AND LEFT MESSAGES ON HIS VOICE MAIL NO REPLY WHAT SO EVER, I PHONED THE OFFICE SPOKE TO SHARNA SHE SAID SHE WOULD GET BACK TO ME, TO THIS DAY NO RESPONSE.<br> <br> I WILL KEEP INSISTING ON A REFUND...... WHICH I DOUBT I WILL GET..... SO PLEASE BE WARNED, DO NOT PLACE YOUR LOVED ONES IN THEIR CARE, AS THEY WILL NOT BE SAFE, BECAUSE THEY WILL BE WAITING OUTSIDE FOR THEIR TRANSPORT THAT WILL NOT SHOW UP!
