Worst service ad ******* billing
They billed a 17 yr old and then told her a yr later she is 18 yrs old and there for responsible for the bill. They handed her account over yet it was a mistake on they side. Now my sister owes yet she was on medical aid at that time.

As a private ambulance service we do need to charge for services provided, but there does sound like there was an issue with the billing of your sister's claim and it should not have happened as described. I have called your office more then 3 times already the lady is not helpful at all. To a point I get cut while talking to this lady. She does not even bother calling back or getting back to me. They have all our details. My email is olo.am23@gmail.com. You had over 6mnths to bill the medical aid ad when you failed you put the bill on a an underage child due to your mistake.
