They billed a 17 yr old and then told her a yr later she is 18 yrs old and there for responsible for the bill. They handed her account over yet it was a mistake on they side. Now my sister owes yet she was on medical aid at that time.
Today I’m counting 26 days with out service or internet connection. I have emailed called and done to my withs end. Now I’m being billed cancellation fees yet I paid. The customer service with VOX is the worst you will ever get. Will never recommend them EVER.
