Disappointed another new business ruined by staff.

We were approached by a waitress Neo who took our order we shared a bit of banter. We had our drinks and I wanted to go home as we were having guests for lunch, I asked for the tab it came I did not have enough cash to settle the amount due. Said to the waitress where's the change She got such a dirty look (unbelievable) 20 minutes later it arrived by this time we were running late disgusted by the service received I have always promoted this place and spoke well of it.
