Nedbank still sinking
Never I My whole life have we experienced such poor service my wife has been a loyal customer for over 30 years 2 months ago they hacked her account stealing over R100000. 00 out of it they froze her accounts now she needs to pay her bills and she can't because everytime she tries to launch the app at the branch it declines the little, incompotent useless rude attitude driven girl at the front desk shouldn't even work as a butchers assistant nevermind customer service, divolging our problem to the women behind us. Yes my wife was frustrated after 2 hrs and raised her voice. Still why 2 hours of struggling Now you will not catch us in a Nedbank again closing all our accounts and going back to old school banking at the opposition. Nedbank was known for its good service NO more I'm affraid loss of a good customer, Revenue to the bank and word of mouth that goes a long way Unlucky NEDBANK BEDFORD GARDENS. You should go back to the drawing board regarding service and shame on you customer service girl many people out there want the work not just the pay yes you Tshepang.

*****BEWARE***** PORT EDWARD RESIDENTS, We have been scammed by Phillyn Projects yes we were going to buy our retirement home at the coast Phillip Deysel and Lynette Earle we going to sell us the house and do the reservations not only did we loose our R30 000.00, a brand new gas stove Granite work tops but the whole deal stay away!!! if you bump into him tell him im coming.......

Disappointed another new business ruined by staff.
BEWARE DON'T USE CASH HERE. We went there on Sunday as I really used to enjoy the place always polite great atmosphere amazing decor. We were approached by a waitress Neo who took our order we shared a bit of banter. We had our drinks and I wanted to go home as we were having guests for lunch, I asked for the tab it came I did not have enough cash to settle the amount due. So I paid with a higher denomination R200. 00. note we waited for the change, 2 drafts served in plastic glasses R64 If my memory serves me right. It never arrived. My wife. Said to the waitress where's the change She got such a dirty look (unbelievable) 20 minutes later it arrived by this time we were running late disgusted by the service received I have always promoted this place and spoke well of it. SORRY GAS MONKEY you won't be seeing my face there again I am no monkey work hard for my cash.........
