This is more of a name and shame as this is not about their products but more about their disposal of excess water (i assume its water). Instead of disposing it correctly, the company seems to think its ok to dump the water out into the street. Sadly the water sits on the street and eats away the streets foundation causing MASSIVE potholes (half the road) to form which takes 1 - 2 years to fix. They seem to have no regard to the road users. The road was recently fixed after about 1 - 2 years of a exactly the same issue, but the company still continues to dump water out onto the street. A new pothole is in the process of forming and it will not be long until the road is missing again. Very sad that the company cannot dispose of this water in the proper way. This is the branch located in Isando.

I am very disappointed an angered by a phone call I received Monday at 10:55 from a Pretoria North Liquorstore Manager. He basically accused me for fraudulently entering the competition by means of collecting tillships from an employee in the shop. Which was not true, I had went into the shop on the date of 30th of June 2016 and made 5 separate transactions, I am sure the CCTV camera can prove it and I have proof of all my receipts used to enter the competition with no other unique who falsified from my part were used, I am sure you can get the records.

And what alarms me is why I was contacted for this interrogation then later that day a winner was drawn, if I wasn't indeed a finalist or the winner of the draw?

No where in the Term and Conditions did it state there would be a shortlisting.

And on what grounds was a disqualified? Since I have proof that I didn’t do anything wrong expect enter your competition. Was the winner also accused of stealing tillslips as part of the selection process?

I feel you owe me a reason explanation for this treatment.

So, I had a little oopsy with a bottle of Whiskey I bought last week. Thought I'd just let the company know for future purposes. Not only was I contacted the same day, i was hand-delivered a brand new full bottle to my home, at 7pm on a Monday Night. Now that is customer service. Thank you again, to Mauritz and Makhaya. I wasnt even expecting a replacement. I never complain about anything, but thought I would just give you a heads up.

You guys rock :)
