Their attractive prices on their goods got my attention. I made the payment and patiently awaited an update on my order. After 3 days i heard nothing and my order status was still on : Pending. Their contact form has no phone number or email address, so i completed it online requesting assistance. I received an auto responder (with a link to my order). I clicked on the link again today and suddenly my account doesn't exist. When i tried to sign up again it said that my email already exists... In Short - there is no way of contacting these people and their website isn't very helpful with regards to contacting them, shipping, returns etc. I would be careful if you decide to purchase from this site. I immediately contacted my bank and asked them to reverse the payment which they did.
I understand if you have no stock of an item, but then don't advertise it.<br> I went online and I am interested in getting the Lenovo i3G5070 for R299.00 a month with laptop bag & mouse. I clicked on the \GET IT NOW!\" button, but got told there was a discrepancy with my application & that I should phone them. I did. I am approved to get the device, but, they ONLY have MAC pc's in stock. ONLY APPLE PRODUCTS. Nothing else they could offer me. When I asked if they'd be getting more stock, i got told that they're not sure ill have to call back pretty much every week to find out.<br> Now again, i understand if you have no stock...but to me, this is false advertising. I have been a loyal FNB customer for 12 years. Your brochure states:<br> Unless we state a specific limitation, FNB will attempt to have sufficient advertised stock available to meet<br> consumers' anticipated demands. Should our customer demand exceed our available stock, we will attempt<br> to obtain additional stock, or we may offer you a reasonable alternative.<br> <br> I would have expected a little more effort from you guys, to \"obtain additional stock\". I will now have to take my business elsewhere & will consider changing banks."
So, I had a little oopsy with a bottle of Whiskey I bought last week. Thought I'd just let the company know for future purposes. Not only was I contacted the same day, i was hand-delivered a brand new full bottle to my home, at 7pm on a Monday Night. Now that is customer service. Thank you again, to Mauritz and Makhaya. I wasnt even expecting a replacement. I never complain about anything, but thought I would just give you a heads up.<br> <br> You guys rock :)
