Truck Hazard in Diesel road
Tiger Brands Pasta UNIT!!! You are a public safety to Diesel Road!! You allow MASSIVE trucks to park on the corer of the diesel road (outside your pasta unit entrance) which BLOCKS traffic in 1 direction and limits visibility around the bend.. this is a MASSIVE safety risk and many times there have been near misses or near head on accidents.. you need to find a way to resolve this or the metro need to be called in and ticket all the trucks who park there as well as TB for being for causing a safety issue. You need to fix this!!!

Shocking and SLOW service
In such a competative industry it is shocking to see companies with little to NO customer service or easy access to speak to a technician or person. - (WEB OR CHAT only).. no actual speaking.. Internet is consistantly down or SLOW and your average wait to connect to an agent is 30min or more.. i am currently at 40min wait.. and on top of that.. you have the audacity to have a whopper of a cancellation fee if people wish to leave your shocking service... disgusting!!! Your customer service and actual service provided needs SERIOUS improvement.. IMPROVE YOUR WAIT TIMES!!!!!

Non-existent customer care or customer service.
USELESS internet company and even worse customer service and support! I have not encountered such a useless, disengaged and uninterested customer service team / department. There is NO way to contact then via the actual phone.. no it's al text and WhatsApp.. to which they NEVER reply.. and all that stops at 6pm. So after that.. to bad.. And if you want to cancel... there is a penalty to leave a provider who does not provide.. what a joke!!!!

Poor client service / lack of price alignment on specials.!!!!!! -
Price Mis-Alignement. I am bitterly dissapointed at the lack of caring or interest for your clients. You do not align your pricing specials between the reservations line and the website. I paid for the full day package at River Valley at FULL price only to find out there is a R500 discount / special when you book via the reservations line. There is no care or support to help refund the difference and i think this is DISGUSTING customer service from such a reputable Spa company. I am not asking for a full refund.. just the difference in the special to what i paid online. You should be ashamed of yourself... Dont fall victim to this same "****" pricing... always check and book via the reservations hotline and NOT online.

Useless and non-existant service.
Absolutely USELESS and non existent service or customer service. IMPOSSIBLE to speak to anyone, tracking not up to date, and collections is equally useless. Please may I NEVER need to use them again.

LOOOOOONG wait times for Tech Support.
Their customer service/ tech support is utterly and ridiculous SLOW. There is no call centre to help.. so you have no other choice than to use the chat feature... SERIOUSLY!!! add more people and improve your turnaround time to customers... 1 hour and waiting is totally UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! Or be able to log a ticket for a fault and tech support can get back to you.

Shocking support service
With no direcr contact number to call for tech support or help.. you are restricted to a live chat (via the app) or whatsapp.. neither of which seem to work as there seems to be NO one at the other end of these lines... the response time is SHOCKING!!! and needs serious improvement. Seriously DO BETTER

Bring Taylor Swift to SA
a bit disappointed in big concerts for not bring out the Taylor Swift Eras Tour or any of her concerts to South Africa.. she is the biggest pop star and South Africa has NEVR seen her... pair up with Discovery and organise this!!! Why have you stopped bringing big names.... So many world tours yet South Africa does not feature P!ink, Taylor Swift; Michael Buble to name a few....
