VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE AND FOOD!

Absolutely atrocious service and experience!

I have never experienced worse from any other restaurant. The wait times to order food and even recieve food are ridiculously long and there's honestly nothing special about this place.

You pay a crazy amount for your drinks and food, yet the food tastes of lower quality than you're paying for...

I ordered a chicken burger with chips for a whopping R115 and am sad to say that not a single cent was worth paying for...

If you're thinking of going here, save your money and your sanity.

I can not begin to explain how many other people were dissatisfied with their service and food 😕 my dad wanted to leave and get burger king because for the price you are expected to pay, naturally you expect higher quality food and service...

Anyway, I could ramble on for ages, but what will it help? They clearly don't care about solving the issues that many others have with their restaurant and maintaining a good reputation 🤷‍♀️

(By the way this was the second time we came here and both times were as terrible as the 1st)
