I purchased a watch from Truworths three months ago, and it has already stopped working. I contacted the Customer Service department via email to resolve this under warranty/quality guarantee.
I received an automated response (or a brief acknowledgement) on Monday stating that I would be contacted shortly regarding a resolution. It is now Wednesday, and I have heard nothing further. I am disappointed that a relatively new purchase has failed and even more frustrated by the lack of communication. I would like this matter resolved urgently. I will not attend to calls only emails thank you.
