I received an automated response (or a brief acknowledgement) on Monday stating that I would be contacted shortly regarding a resolution. It is now Wednesday, and I have heard nothing further. I am disappointed that a relatively new purchase has failed and even more frustrated by the lack of communication. I would like this matter resolved urgently. I will not attend to any calls strictly emails.

The experience I had was a complete waste of time and an insult to customer service. Your website is nothing short of a bait-and-switch operation. The prices, deals, and device availability you advertise online are completely false. When I took the time to call and inquire about a specific deal (device or offer) as seen on your official site, the information provided by the call centre agent was drastically different—either the price was higher, or the advertised package didn't even exist. This is not a simple error; it is deliberate false advertising designed to lure customers in. *********** and Dishonest Stock Management: Furthermore, when I inquired about a phone that was out of stock, your representatives resorted to transparent lies and pathetic excuses to avoid placing an order. Instead of offering a professional solution, giving a realistic timeline, or taking the necessary steps to secure the device for a paying customer, I was met with unprofessional and vague 'stories' designed solely to push me away. It is absolutely unacceptable for a major mobile network to treat customers with such contempt. You are not only wasting our time but actively damaging your brand's credibility. Cell C has failed on every level—from online transparency to basic customer service. You are supposed to make the customer happy, but instead, you deliver nothing but frustration and disappointment. I strongly advise potential customers to be wary of anything advertised on the Cell C website.
