No aftersale service

Early June I contacted GC Fires because I heard great feedback for them, to get a fire place installed. After their advice on a builder and a unit, I ordered and paid for the Galaxy 80 fireplace with the intention of using the thermal fans that it come with.

The only problem is, my unit arrived without a control panel. Which means the thermal fans never turn on and the install is incomplete with wiring hanging out of the wall for the control panel.

I tried multiple times to follow up, the builder tried multiple times to follow up.

Here we are 2-3 months later and my install is still incomplete. At this point, I guess it will still be incomplete next year winter.

Basically, don't expect after sales service.
