Poor Service from GC Fires
I ordered a heater from GC Fires on the 27th of January 2023 and since then, there has been zero communication from their side. I had to contact them about my order, still and they do not reply to emails. This is very poor service from them.

07 Feb 2023, 14:03My order was made on the 27th of January. Today is the 7th of February, 8 working days later and I still haven't heard anything from your courier. Had I not emailed your sales consultant, I wouldn't have heard from them either.
